NOTE REGARDING OUR POLICY CHANGES
While the world is changing in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are making changes to ensure the safety of our employees, clients, and the general public. It is everyone’s responsibility to ‘flatten the curve’ and we certainly want to do our part.
Our office is open to the public.
In a conscious effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 in our community, we will ensure our safety standards meet or exceed those set by the provincial and federal government so you can maintain your confidence in us. Clients visiting the office will be asked to:
- Wear masks
- Limit group size
- Use hand sanitizer provided
- Maintain physical distance of 6 feet/2 metres
- Stay home if feeling unwell
- Stay home if you traveled outside of Nova Scotia and are required to quarantine
- Not use restrooms
The following internal policy changes will be implemented immediately and will be reviewed daily to ensure that if updates are required, they are made posthaste. These changes will be made brokerage-wide to ensure everyone is following the most recent protocols.
We have made it mandatory for all staff/agents experiencing any symptoms of cold or flu to notify Broker IMMEDIATELY and self-quarantine. High touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected regularly. We will continue to offer, and encourage, contactless payment options, electronic signing, and virtual meetings. Our staff will still be working on-site and remotely so that we can continue to meet the needs of our clients while limiting the number of people in the office.
As always, we are committed to delivering excellent customer service and the best possible experience for our clients. We will continue to monitor this situation over the upcoming hours, days, and weeks and will make changes as needed to help reduce the spread of this virus. We value your business, but we value your health and that of our employees more.
